About

Born at an early age in Chicago, I quickly became enamored with dinosaurs and proceeded to never grow up. Thus was I fated to become a paleontologist and, ultimately, a university professor. But I was also enamored of storytelling and performing. As a kid, I performed skits with action figures and read aloud to my family; as an adult, I gave attention-grabbing talks at conferences and kept undergraduates enthralled while teaching. To expand on this love, I took acting and improv lessons, which led to performing on stage and voice acting in audio dramas before diving headlong into audiobooks.

Training: Coached for audiobooks with Sean Pratt. Acting training at Dixie State University/Utah Tech University. Improv training with the So U Comedy Theater.
