Alex hails from Boston and brings her classical acting training to the mic with over 150 titles with Penguin Random House, Macmillan, Harper, Brilliance, Blackstone, Podium, Tantor and others. She was once called the Meryl Streep of New England and enjoys narrating in a variety of genres including Literary Fiction, Police Procedurals, Cozy Mysteries, Science Fiction, Women's fiction, Rom Com and dark and twisty titles. Her strength arsenal includes sarcasm, snark, a wicked sense of humor, authenticity, emotional depth, and strong character work which she wields with precision.
Training: MFA in Acting, University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. 23 years of theatre teaching experience in high school and at the college level. Member of Narrator.Life, attend Audiobooks At Sea and Acting for Narrators with Joel Froomkin, coaching with Ronnie Butler, Andi Arndt, PJ Ochlan and others. SOVAS nominee.
